What we keep: almost nothing.
This site has one way to send us anything, the idea form. Here's what happens to it.
The idea form
When you press Send it our way on Submit an idea, your browser sends what you typed to ed2studio.com: your name, your email address, the idea in one sentence, who has the problem, how far along it is and how we can help. The site turns it into one email to hello@ed2studio.com, with your address as the one we reply to, and sends it through Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services' email service). The email also says when it arrived. It doesn't carry your IP address, your browser or anything else about you.
We use what you send only to reply to you about your idea. It lives in the studio's mailbox, not on this site, and we don't share it or add you to a mailing list.
The site's logs record that a form was sent and how long each answer was, never what it said. They're deleted after 14 days.
Everything else
- No cookies.
- No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.
- No accounts and no database: the site is plain pages, and nothing you do here is stored on it.
- Fonts, images and scripts all come from ed2studio.com; no other company sees your visit.
